The guidelines and conditions set forth herein shall rule the entirety of the sales, services and offers provided through the online store located at www.magars.com (hereinafter referred to as “Magar’s”). These are essential part of all agreements executed with end-users of the products and services provided through such online store. Magar’s will not agree to differing terms and conditions proposed by end-user, unless Magar’s recognizes their validity and enforceability in writing.
End-user makes a binding order for the selected product(s) when he enters its personal data and clicks on the order button during the sales process’ last phase. For that purpose, a confirmation window indicating the product’ details will appear before the order processing finishes. End-user may verify and correct entered data through such window.
The sales agreement will be executed at the moment the client accepts these Terms and Conditions in the shopping cart, which acknowledgement is essential and compulsory to confirm each order. The seller party before end-user shall be Magar’s (business name: María de los Reyes García Lázaro).
End-user may access the status and details of its order(s) at any time, by clicking on the ‘My Account’ > “Purchase History” tab. Due to certain updates specific to the online store, it is possible that some prior orders or orders spanning a date-range may not appear in such history. In these cases, only the dates will be shown and client may request a copy of its order, in PDF format, by sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating its name and purchase date.
An order’s change shall be understood as any modification in the attributes of its item(s) (e.g. style, size and/or knitting) as well as the addition/cancellation of one or more of the item(s) included in the order. In the event that you wish to modify/cancel an order, please contact us by email through our form (“Contact” tab) and we will inform you of its status and the likelihood of modification/cancellation.
The term for reimbursement of any product is fourteen (14) days. Refund’s shipping costs must be covered by client.
No clothes refund of any kind will be accepted once they have been handled by client (i.e. serigraphy, laundering or embroidery).
All products must be returned in its mint condition: with their labels, documentation (if any) and must be in the same state as they were received. If products are not returned in the same packaging as delivered, they may suffer a loss of value.
All products’ prices include Value Added Tax (VAT). Indicated prices do not include shipping costs for products. In the event client applies coupons, shipment fees will be re-calculated after applying the discount (if any). In-store pick up (Carrer de Montcada, 5, 12005 Castelló de la Plana, Valencia, España) is free of charge.
For orders greater than the amounts set forth in the “Order Amount” column of the following table, shipment rates are free, according to the specified country and region. For orders lesser than the minimum amount for free shipping, rates will be applied as follows:

Maximum delivery time for shipments in the peninsula and Balearic is of sixteen (16) days, and twenty-one (21) days for the Canary Islands. For international orders, please see table on previous section and sum the shipping time for your country + 10 days for production. If any of the product(s) of your order is out of stock, we will inform you the same day you place your order, lest your delivery time be affected.
All shipments are made by courier (indicated in the previous table for each country/region) except for deliveries to the Canary Islands, which will be made by post. Magar’s cannot be held responsible for delivery delays, since such services are provided by external third parties.
Magar’s subcontracts courier companies and, accordingly, once a package is delivered to the courier, we cannot provide you more information than the one shown at the courier’s web page when entering the tracking number; which will be made available to you when requested for by email or through our contact form.
In situations, events or circumstances out of our control (client’s unavailability, shipping delays, human, mechanic or technical errors, Acts of God or customs’ procedures), it is understood that Magar’s shall not hold any liability whatsoever.
All sales made through Magar’s web store are subject to a parcel agreement. Once your package is in the courier’s possession, it becomes his responsibility.
End-user may choose among the following payment options:
You can easily pay with the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express or using your PayPal account. Data transmission is encrypted by secure server with PayPal’s SSL certificate.
Use our payment gateway’s secure servers to efficiently process your order. Connection is secured through Redsys payment gateway’s SSL certificate.
Transfer us the amount indicated in your order to our bank account, and send us the confirmation receipt. The order won’t be shipped until we confirm the transfer.
Magar’s owns the product(s) until the order total is paid in its entirety.
Magar’s’ clients benefit from the warranty provided by the items’ manufacturers. Flaws or defects owed to an incorrect handling, manipulation of the material or wear due to normal use are not included in this warranty. Clients must promptly review their order once received and must verify that each product:
Unless the contrary is proved, it is understood that all products are in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, as long as they abide to the aforementioned requirements.
Regarding any dispute’s resolution arising from these Terms and Conditions, the parties hereby submit, solely and by their own will, to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals located at end-user’s domicile, hereby waiving any right to any other forum. Additionally, as an entity supporting CONFIANZA ONLINE, and under the terms and conditions of its Ethics Code, end-user may resort to the extrajudicial dispute resolution system of CONFIANZA ONLINE (www.confianzaonline.es), regarding controversies related to online sales and advertising, data protection, accessibility and online child protection
If any section of these Terms and conditions is or becomes unenforceable, the validity or enforceability of any other clause will continue unaffected. These Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time without prior notice.
